You see, I am an avid trialist…I’d give an opportunity to almost every cooking style on Earth: Western, Eastern, Northern, Southern. Italian pasta, American burgers and Thai curries, Spanish tortilla or Swedish gravlax, bring it on!
Only a select group of dishes will pass the cut though, and eventually get posted. I have but one major criterion to select: the dish must be absolutely DE LI CIOUS. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
