Delicious : tarte tatin with tomatoes

Soft tomatoes, caramelized red onions, creamy goat cheese, puff paste. Yummyyyyyyy…
Ingredients:
- 12 Roma tomatoes
- a bit of olive oil
- 10 or 12 red onions, in rings (looks like a lot, but believe me, they will shrink to almost nothing when baked)
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely

Delicious: chicken satay

Darlings, this dish is SU PERB.  Sweet, salted, spicy…and oooooh so aromatic…
The cooking process is half the fun, the anticipation, the smell…And then the result!: we had this for lunch today and it disappeared in like 5 minutes flat.

I was skeptic at first, but I’ve made it 3 or 4 times already, which is a record for me.
